I am a fan of Bob Newhart . I know i am sick of the golden girls on at 8 to 10 am slot. I all so sick of all the golden girls fans saying that the 8 to 10 slot is for the golden girls only. Both shows golden girls and Martha the jail bird Stewart need to be dump . Hallmark has overplayed both shows.I hope Hallmark has the balls to keep this new schedule and keep the golden girls at late night where they belong. This show is not a famly friendly show. Thank you Hallmark for a change!!!

I am very disappointed the Golden Girls is not on in the morning any more. Although I have the episodes on DVD it just isn't the same as it is watching it on television. I am not a fan of the Newhart show. Besides Bob Newhart is on a free channel called ME. It is so hard for me to get my work done without the golden girls in the morning. I am just so glad the Christmas stuff is over with. Lifetime does not need to show Christmas movies for a whole month. I am probably speaking for the majority of the people that we all got tired of Christmas theme stuff after the first week.

I would be very grateful if you would please The Golden Girls back on tv in the morning. Thank You.

I couldn't wait for the Christmas stuff to get over so I could have my "Golden Girls" morning dates. How depressing to see that they've replaced it with Bob Newhart!

Personally, I never liked the Golden Girls and I love the Newhart show. But they are airing it for 2 hours so I will probably get sick of it, even though I don't watch Hallmark much any more. Why don't they just air a show for 1 hour max, then they could air another show for more variety for the consumer. Wait a minute, with Hallmark it's not about the consumer, it's about them. Start watching the inspiration channel, they are showing some very good programs. Try emailing them to see if they will air your favorite programs.

When Hallmark announced that The Golden Girls would be returning, 3,455 fans liked it on Facebook. When they announced Bob Newhart, 462 liked it. That should answer the question. When Hallmark replaced the girls at 8am last year with Frasier then announced on thier FB page that The Golden Girls will be returning at 8am, it received 5,769 likes. That is the most likes for a show that has been on Hallmark. Everytime they want to re fresh the schedule, its The Golden Girls that get bumped. I enjoy my morning Golden Girls and want them back on at 8am.

I recall this happening last year too. After a long, drawn out season of Christmas movies, the GG's morning slot was filled by Frasier, I think. How very disappointing it was last year and now this year again. Why not move something else around - why mess with the best show in the whole Hallmark channel lineup, the one that I am sure has the largest fan base, and the one that Hallmark doesn't seem to mind screwing around with. If Hallmark doesn't return the GG's to their rightful morning time - 8am to 10am - then I will just have to get a DVR and cut out all the commercials, which I wouldn't mind watching, if the GGs were on from 8am - 10am. I agree 100% with the viewer who says watching the DVDs are not the same. Don't know why but its true. At least we have Betty on Wed. nites on Hot in Cleveland on TV Land.

Hallmark, please put the GGs back on in the morning from 8am - 10am. If you wanted to run them from 6am - 10am that would be even better. You have other shows that run for a 4 hour time slot, so why not do it for the GG fans!!!

Hay gldngrlz that what i mean . You golden girls fans think the golden girls need more airtime. I think you all live a boreing life. I would like to know how you golden girls fan think that 8 am till 10 am slot is only for golden girls. The golden girls haved the 8 am time spot for 2 years now that to long . Time to change it . The golden girls are still on at night where they belong. To bad if you don't like it. When the golden took over 2 years a go us other fans had to put up with the never ending golden girls marthions but that was ok . Becouse it's the golden girls. Now Hallmark want to show a new show and you the golden girls fans can't stop whinning for 5 min. What would you do if the golden girls where dump and never came back?? Not much you could do. Have any of you hear that the golden girls are on DVD . Why not buy them then you could watch anytime you want to.. Thank Hallmark for the new show Bob Newhart it's a hell of a lot better then the golden girls.

Well, they're putting the GG back in the morning, I hope they don't take Newhart off for them. It's the first show they've aired in a long time that I actually really like, now it looks like it'll be gone.

I am A HUGE fan of The Bob Newhart Show being on Hallmark!! Esp. as it's not a show I would buy on DVD and would rather see it on TV.

While I am a big GG fan, and have every single season on DVD, including recorded episodes of Golden Palace, even I can admit that that show has been over-played and it's refreshing to see the original Bob Newhart show on.

Besides, I don't see why everyone's complaining! Rather than nag about Hallmark adding this classic to it's line-up, you all should applaud the decision and hope that Hallmark continues to add more shows, for variety.
