The second to last time I got that message, I hadn't been on the Hallmark website for a couple of days. And I got the message again today. I really don't want to have to change my password every couple of weeks. :(

I have also gotten that message several times about exceeding the number of times to attempt to log in, but have just entered my username and password and then answered the question as "Hallmark_Channel" said above. I haven't had to change my password. You may have to scroll down a little to see where it asks you the question. I actually feel a little better knowing I'm not the only one this has happened to.

That sounds like a real bummer, girls! I always stay logged in...when I want to go to the site I just click on Hallmark Channel Community on my favorites and get right to the Board Index page. So simple and easy...never a problem! :D

Thanks, Hallmark, my2cents and mllp. I'll have to try remembering those suggestions. :D

Re: new programming

I don't know if I am writing to the right blog or not? I want to make a programming suggestion for the Hallmark Channel, I remember the funny sitcom-Mama's Family from the 80's with Vicki Lawrence, it was a big hit...lately I havn't been able to find any reruns on television, I was wondering if Hallmark could carry Mama's family sometime in the future, it is a American classic...it would be awesome to see that show on the Hallmark Channel...thanks for your time

Hello NB62--it's possible your image is too large to post on the site. The image needs to be 256 kb or smaller. If you need to resize it, ask around in the Photos thread--a few users use online resizing sites to get their images down to the appropriate size. Good luck!

I have contacted the company that made my TV and Direct TV. Both say it is a problem with Hallmark Channel. We have a very large screen TV and yes it is fairly new. We can no longer watch Hallmark which we always enjoyed because you air shows like The Walton's that don't fill the entire screen. You see black on each side and the letters HD on the right side of the screen. The problem is trying to change the format of our TV doesn't help and by having a partial picture its burning our TV screen. You can see where there was a partial picture. NO other channels do this.

Hi Everyone,

I woke up early this morning (11/20/11) and there was a movie on...I fell asleep with the TV on the Hallmark channel. I wanted to see the movie again but it isn't in the channel line up anywhere online or on TV. When I woke up it was anywhere between 2am and 6am. The movie description was something to the effect of 'After making a statement that can't be taken back, a tragic series of events cause a man to have to raise his brother's children'.The movie is set in the 1950's or 60's. The movie was about a man who married a woman who has 2 children (a boy and a girl). The wife gets her husband's brother to watch the kids in the middle of the afternoon while her husband is at work. The brother begins to suspect that his sister-in-law is having an affair because she shows up wearing expensive clothing while he has been watching the kids, she pays him extra money like she wants him to keep quiet about the suspected gifts that she shows up with, the baby that she just had with his brother is supposed to be premature but the baby is normal weight which makes it look like she married to cover up the illigitamite pregnancy. The brother tells the husband his suspicions and the husband commits suicide. The wife tries to move on with her life but things begin to look hopeless for her so she commits suicide. I fell asleep after that and I don't remember the name of the movie and its nowhere to be found online or on the cable box. Some other clues: the brother is in college, the brother has a girlfriend that he calls Sis (I think her name was Siscly), it turns out that the wife was shoplifting, the husband said that his wife could take a brown twig and put it in a pot and it grows (he thought that made her special).I live in Eastern Standard Time (EST) Michigan. I hope I have been detailed enough for someone to remember the name of the movie so I can see it again. I wanted to know how it ends. I thought it would come on again.

Hi ronnieb,

I believe that the name of the movie you were watching is Anne Tyler's Saint Maybe. It was on at 4:00 am this morning, but I don't know when it will be on again. I hope this helps.

Does anyone know if the new (2010 and 2011) holiday movies are going to be continually made available on iTunes as they air? So far there are only two from this year, Mistletoe Over Manhatten and Lucky Christmas. Thanks!
