THIS IS PROBABLY A WASTE OF TIME, I DOUBT ANYONE AT HALLMARK WANTS TO HEAR FROM VIEWERS. I saw thousands of posts by viewers wanting MASH in the line-up before you changed this format now I hope you will listen but I don't hold out much hope.

Your wasting your time pleading for your beloved shows because the Hallmark Channel doesn't care about what you want. Your opinion doesn't matter because they have a whole new agenda for their Network.
It was once a pleasure to tune to the Hallmark Channel at all hours of the day when they had shows that were fun and uplifting. They had classic shows that no other network aired and because of that the Hallmark Channel was once one of my "go to first" channels. No More! I will no longer pay for this trash and I'm never buying anything with Hallmark stamped on it.
Even HGTV wouldn't air Martha Stewart on their networks because they know it would only bring them down. When we want a "home" type channel there's HGTV.
Whenever I think of Hallmark I think of how little they care about their viewers and confusion about the type of network they really are. That's my opinion of Hallmark and that's what I tell everyone I know.
Happy 100 years, Hallmark!

At least I can say "I tried" to all of my friends, young and old, who enjoyed the Hallmark Channel when it showed MASH. You had an audience then-not now! Whoever programs your channel is too full of themselves to realize the importance of the MASH re-runs. Until I did some research about the MASH audience, I didn't realize how many young people who had never experienced the original shows were becoming addicted to the re-runs. I used to think it was just us older folks who enjoyed the shows from 4-7 PM CST. I know many friends who never missed a show. Now it's 7th Heaven and Golden Girls, over and over and over, and don't even get me started about Martha. Sorry, Hallmark, I join the outcasts. You forget about me--I forget about you. You could probably count your viewers on two hands now. Well deserved, Hallmark.

I agree with Jane Somebody. Hallmark used to be a wonderful channel. Now all they play are movies.
I want to see M*A*S*H return in its old time slot. It was great to come home and put on Hallmark and relax before I had to cook dinner. I enjoy watching an intelligently written and well acted show that everyone can enjoy. Please Hallmark, bring back this show and get rid of the same genre of sappy movies you tend to show.

Mash is gone and won't be back. Hallmark is changing to a Lifestyle Network and will change even more in the fall. The Hallmark we loved is gone.

I agree, I need my daily dose of Hawkeye, BJ, Margaret and the rest of the gang of the 4077. I grew up on this show, I want the reruns back on T.V.

I've appealed to HC in emails and even tried to get a petition started over at IMDB. Mash was my solace, my wind down after a hard day at work. If nothing else was right with the world I knew at least I could turn on HC and watch my beloved Mash.

I don't know how many of you remember but HC used to air Mash twice a day. In the afternoon and then again late night. It was their go to series and I'm almost sure that it is how they gained their viewer-ship. When they took off the late night episodes I was a little upset but it wasn't the end of the world and was quite comfortable with afternoons only. Now that they've just completely removed it I come home at night and just flip and flip thru endless channels. No Hallmark, I don't want to watch a show about a Minister and his family when it's not even what it appears. That show talks and engages God less than Agnostics do. I've never seen a church minister involve God in his life less than Rev. Camden does. I have yet to even see a Bible in the show (when I watched it occasionally elsewhere). On top of that, who wants to watch drama when they get home from work?

Many told me to get the series on disc or watch it online. Only those older people here can relate to why we need to watch it on TV with commercials and all. No matter how much you don't like commercials the TV format is all part of the comfort. You can go to the restroom during commercials, drift off for a 3 minute nap, go to the kitchen and stir a pot, etc.. And during all of this you don't have to load a new disc or click a mouse.

Hallmark you have ruined afternoons for millions of viewers and I for one have not watched even 5 minutes of your channel since Mash was removed. Of course it would seem that you don't care as I'm sure you're trying to appeal to some unknown demographic. Apparently those of us that loved Mash aren't in that demographic.

I'm sure it won't be long before this forum removes all traces of Mash including these complaints.

I don't understand why viewers continually complain about MASH being removed from the lineup, HALMARK Channel doesn't listen to the viewers [in my case former viewer] nor do they care what current/former viewers want, some brilliant young inexperienced scheduler has decided to play what he/she wants and to hell with what the viewing public wants. It is a shame to see how many viewers are dumping Hallmark in favor of ION and TV Land. If Hallmark gets smart they will dump whoever is doing the schedule before they lose enough viewers to be forced out of the business. Hallmark was once a favorite channel, I paid extra to get it on my cable system, a mistake I will not repeat.

Why have you dumped MASH? Your compitition has picked up the show and are taking your viewers in droves, is the scheduling staff that inept ? ? ?

I don't think I am the only one who finds it strange how all the viewers who used to write in to protest MASH being dropped have suddenly lost interest and disappeared. If that isn't the case is Hallmark removing the posts or have the viewers just given up hope and moved on to ION television and TVLand to get the MASH programing they so desperately want, it certainly appeares to be a waste of time trying to get the programing we want on Hallmark.

I didn't even know M*A*S*H was back because I haven't been watching the channel. I just looked on the website and saw it in the line-up again!! I guess I'll watch again. The reason I found Hallmark in the first place years ago was to watch M*A*S*H...I then stayed to watch other shows, but since it was taken off I never watched the channel anymore. Glad it's back , now I am too.
