I love every episode of Cheers. I do have a favorite or two.

Bar Wars VI - This Time Its For Real
I think the best one for me is where Sam sets up the gang for
setting him up on the Gary being dead gag. When Sam tells
Frasier and Lilith and falls in the floor laughing is the best.

Birth, Death, Love and Rice
When Diane gets a visit from the "rice inspector," and turns to
him and says how sad to hear the coach passed away gets to
me every time. Its real and she meant it, despite it being her
line. Shelley had moments. She could also sing.

I need to add an addendum. The last episode Shelley is on as a cast member.
The makeup job on her and Ted was unbelievably good. Somehow, there
was a lot packed into that episode. Is a classic. But...aren't they all in this
sitcom.

Huge fan of the show. Recently started collecting it on DVD.

Its one of the very best sitcoms of all times. Hands down. Slice of Americana.
