I have to say that I can hardly control myself watching this movie. Johnny Messner in this movie has got to be the HOTTEST man I have ever seen. The military uniform, the southern accent, the body, the manners -----WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can hardly breathe -- he definately needs to be in more movies and roles like this. I could watch this over and over, just to watch and listen to him --- THANK YOU Hallmark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is saying alot, because I have NEVER commented on anything like this or any channels community boards or post. Has made my mother's day!!!

I discovered Johnny in Anaconda: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid and fell for him right then. His beautiful piercing blue eyes were the first thing I noticed. His a deep voice was the next and to hear him speak with something akin to a Texas accent, this Texan loved it. It was also great seeing him in a romatic lead. I fell for him all over again. Thank you Hallmark Channel. I always look forward to your Saturday movies and this one was no disappointment. Thank Johnny for well, just being Johnny.

This was a beautiful movie with beautiful people. All of them. But then, I really don't remember
seeing him. He's great and beautiful too. His voice and dimples along with eyes. All wonderful.
Hope you do more films like this because it was the best male winner.!!!

I read how you would like to get back to the true hollywood leading man style and although I am not qualified in judging acting you nailed it!!! This is the best movie I've seen in a long time. I watched it on saturday evening and again on sunday evening. Johnny Messner is the absoulte most. Going to be on again this coming weekend twice and will proably watch it again.

He was great in the movie i look forward to a sequel providing there is one. I think the story deserves a happier ending thank you hallmark. I taped the movie and so far i have watched it four times and enjoyed it.

Johnny Messner is so sexy in this movie. I had never seen or heard of him before this movie. I fell in LOVE with him the first time I watched the movie. I have it on DVR so I watch it 3 or 4 times a day and still can't get enough of him. They really do need to do a sequel. This movie did not have a happy ending. Before you all get mad at me, let me tell you why I say that. They need to do a sequel where he comes back from his deployment and continue their fairy tale romance. I am very proud that he was being deployed to serve his country, but this movie is a romance movie, not a military movie. How can his being redeployed and getting on a bus, then driving away be the "happily ever after" that it deserves to be. There needs to be a sequel. I'll even write it, and I'm not a writer, but if that is all it would take to get to see his gorgeous eyes and body, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Maybe we should bombard The Hallmark Channel to make a sequel with all the same characters, especially Johnny Messner.

This was a beautiful movie and the cast was excellent on all counts. I have watched it four times and still yearn to see it again. As a single parent, I raised two boys, now 23 and 25 years old. Oh what I would have given to have a family man as caring, loving, kind and sensitive as the character, Vince Carrera. The southern charm swept me of my feet. He is a man that you would be proud to introduce to anyone. I am a fan of war movies and saw Johnny Messner in Tears of the Sun. Hallmark could not have picked a better actor to portray this character. This movie is about hope and second chances and building meaningful relationships and the importance of the family unit in building those connections. Many thanks to the Hallmark Channel for such a wonderful production. " Meet My Mom" is also my favorite movie as well. I look forward to a sequel and I hope you will use the same actors. dear halmark, meet my mom was the best movie i have ever watched i dont get a chance to watch much tv but i was glued to the tv johnny is by far the cutiest thing on tv ! wish it ended better we need to make the ending with him comin home so tell johnny to get buisy making the ending magical
