Second Part to "Meet My Mom"?

I hope there is a sequel to "Meet My Mom". I found this story to be wonderful and i hope there is a second part to this movie. The ending left me wanting more.

Please let there be a sequel to this movie.

I agree, please Hallmark, I loved this movie so much, great story, great acting, great chemistry, there's so much story left to tell, a sequel would be greatly appreciated!!!

I completely agree. This was a great movie with so much more to tell. THe letters, his return, Jared and Vince's relationship, her education, a wedding, does Jared join the Army? So many unanswered questions. Please have a sequel!!

Totally agree....we need a sequel to this one....wonderful storyline...wonderful actors! This one deserves to be continued...just leaves us wanting more....what a great love story...to be continued!

I totally agree with Brenda on everything. Johnny Messner and Lori Loughlin are a great match in this movie. I'm so hooked I watch it at least once a day if not twice a day. Please Hallmark - make a second part of Meet My Mom.

Meet my Mom just begs for a sequel. You made us fall in love with the characters (and the actors) and we need to see more of them. It's been a long time since a movie made me smile but Meet My Mom did and I think we all need more things to make us smile. Johnny and Lori were just perfect. Please make a sequel.

I loved this movie. I recorded it in my cable box DVR and watch it alot-especially when there is nothing else on. Loved the chemistry between the two actors. Watching Johnny Mesner helps me sleep better at night (wink). Does anyone know when it will come out on DVD like the other Hallmark movies have? Maybe if enough fans contact The Powers that Be at Hallmark and demand a sequel-they'll give us one. We can only hope and try. Hey-they did it for the Good Witch, right?

Ok all-
This is an update to my previous message. I found out that this movie is available on DVD for anyone else that is looking. It's under a different title-"Soldier Love Story". If you google it, it can be found at many of the retail DVD distributors' websites (Walmart,Best Buy,etc). Not sure why it's not available here at Hallmark.com.

I'm with all of you. Meet My Mom (aka Solider Love Story) was such a great movie! A wonderful cast and a great storyline. They definitely NEED to make a part 2! I, like so many others, was left wanting more. Wondering what happens with these characters. Great movie - I'm going to buy it right now!!
