Halloween

Halloween is on its way. How do you celebrate the holiday?

I see less & less children out on Halloween. Usually I love passing out the candy and seeing the kids in their costumes. Hope there's a good turnout.
I also love anything pumpkin.

Halloween Is my favorite holiday. My husband and I got married last year on Oct 31. We had so much fun. Our wedding was in a building built in 1841( The Opera House). It is said to be haunted by Solomon Kline, one of its owners

I like seeing the kids in their costumes, too! Some people come up with some really creative ideas!

How I miss the Halloweens of days gone by!

It was such fun when all the children were still at home. We made all our own costumes...we had everything from princesses to an Air Force Colonel! There are very few houses in the country where we live so now we don't have anyone knocking on our door on Halloween...we really miss giving out treats and all the fun of guessing who was who!!

Believe it or not I got dressed till I was 30 something with my nieces,but not anymore they've grown up. :lol:

As for the kind of candy we have...right now we have Snickers bars, M&M's (of course!!), Hershey bars and Butterfingers. If I leave it to my husband, he will buy more before Sunday!! :lol:
