Characters Les "Ace" Calhoun vs. Billy Lewis

Of the two,which did you like better?I liked Les,played by the late Don Knotts,who appeared in the NBC episodes only,and although he was a pest,he was a nice pest.As for Billy,(Warren Frost) I did not like him(his first apearance was in the NBC episode "The Witness Killings,."He was more like Warren,on the color "The Andy Griffith Show",and like Warren,Billy added nothing to the series.
